At AIROW, we take the protection of personal data seriously. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through our website, why we process it, how it is used and what rights visitors have. Processing is carried out in accordance with applicable Swiss data protection law, in particular the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP / DSG). Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation applies to specific processing activities, its requirements will also be considered.

2. Personal data we collect
AIROW only collects data necessary to operate the website, communicate with interested users and investors, and prepare the market launch. Early Access Form: email address. Investor Information Form: full name, business email address, company or investment firm, LinkedIn profile if voluntarily provided, and message if voluntarily provided. Contact inquiries: name and email address if provided, contents of the message, and any information voluntarily included by the sender. Technical website information: basic technical and usage information necessary for hosting, security and website operation. AIROW does not collect sensitive medical or health data through these forms.
3. Why we process your data
We may use personal data to respond to inquiries, provide requested investor information, evaluate and manage investor inquiries, maintain the AIROW Early Access list, provide product and launch updates where users have requested them, operate, secure and improve the website, prevent spam and misuse, and comply with legal obligations. AIROW does not sell personal data.
4. Early Access and email updates
Visitors who submit their email address through the Early Access form may receive information about AIROW product development, launch timing, availability and relevant company updates. Users can unsubscribe at any time by contacting AIROW directly. Marketing communications are sent only where the required consent or other lawful basis exists.
5. Investor information requests
When a visitor requests investor information, AIROW uses the submitted details to assess and respond to the request, communicate regarding potential investment discussions and provide relevant investor materials. Investor form data is not automatically made publicly available.
6. Website hosting and Framer
The AIROW website is created and hosted using Framer. Framer B.V., Rozengracht 207B, 1016 LZ Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Framer processes certain information on behalf of AIROW as a service provider and data processor. Framer may use infrastructure providers such as Amazon Web Services for hosting and technical operation. Please refer to Framer’s own privacy documentation for further information.
7. Website analytics
AIROW may use Framer’s built-in analytics to understand general website usage such as page visits, traffic sources and device categories. Framer states that its built-in analytics do not use cookies or persistent identifiers and are designed to provide anonymized website statistics. If additional analytics or marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or LinkedIn Insight Tag are added in the future, this Privacy Policy and cookie settings will be updated accordingly.
8. Cookies and tracking technologies
The current AIROW website may operate without non-essential tracking cookies when only Framer’s native privacy-focused analytics are used. If third-party services that use cookies or similar tracking technologies are introduced, visitors will be informed and, where legally required, asked for consent before non-essential tracking is activated.

The website may contain links to external services such as LinkedIn or other websites. AIROW is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites.
10. Who may receive your data?
Data may be processed by service providers required to operate the website, including Framer, hosting and infrastructure providers, email or communication providers used by AIROW, professional advisers where necessary, and authorities where legally required. Personal data is shared only where necessary for a defined purpose or where required by law.
11. International data transfers
Some service providers may process data outside Switzerland. Where personal data is transferred internationally, AIROW will use service providers and safeguards intended to provide an appropriate level of data protection in accordance with applicable law.
12. How long we retain personal data
AIROW retains personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or for as long as required by law. Early Access data is retained until the user unsubscribes, requests deletion or the purpose of the list ends. Investor inquiries are retained for as long as necessary to manage the inquiry and related business communication, subject to legal retention requirements. General inquiries are retained for as long as reasonably required to respond and manage the communication.

AIROW takes appropriate organizational and technical measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse or disclosure. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.
14. Your privacy rights
Depending on applicable law, individuals may have rights including requesting information about their personal data, correcting inaccurate data, requesting deletion, objecting to certain processing, requesting restriction of processing where applicable, withdrawing previously provided consent, and requesting data portability where applicable.
